STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all sales of products ("Products") by [Doogbuy.com] ("we," "us," "our") to any client ("you," "your," "Client"). By placing an order with us, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Payment Terms
All orders must be paid in full (100% advance payment) prior to shipment.
Invoices are payable immediately unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Shipping, Taxes, and Delivery Responsibility
We arrange, manage, and cover all shipping and export taxes from Dubai to the final delivery destination specified by the Client.
We are fully responsible for the Products until final delivery to the Client, including transport, customs clearance, and local delivery.
Any local import taxes, duties, or charges at the destination country are also handled by us unless otherwise specified in writing.
3. Risk of Loss and Shipping Delays
We bear the risk of loss or damage during shipping until the Products are delivered to the Client’s designated delivery address.
If Products are lost or damaged before delivery, we will replace or refund the affected Products at no additional cost to the Client.
Shipping or delivery delays due to logistics partners, customs inspections, or external factors are not grounds for cancellation or compensation unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
4. Warranty Terms
- We provide a 6-month limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.
- The warranty covers software and system-related issues only (e.g., operating system errors, software malfunctions).
- Physical damage, water damage, misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs invalidate the warranty.
- In case of a valid warranty claim, we will repair the device or replace it with a device of similar specifications and condition, at our discretion.
- Any damage caused by the Client after delivery is not covered under warranty.
5. Claims and Returns
Any issues such as wrong deliveries, missing items, or visible defects must be reported within 8 calendar days of delivery by written notification to our registered office or official email address.
If no notification is made within this period, the Products will be deemed accepted by the Client.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the affected Products.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Products.
